The Way We Work

At MalkosUA we know that process improvement approach is beneficial. We do continuously improve our processes to look objectively at our performance and getting feedback from the customers. High quality of services and satisfaction of our clients rely on the way we work.

We defined the processes of requirements management and issues tracking. We use Eclipse for building, deploying and managing software across the lifecycle. We use the subversion (SVN) versioning tool and the SVN repository facilities.

We built our quality assurance processes to ensure proper day-to-day running of our software in real business conditions. We use Grinder testing automation tool, Testlink test case management tool. We use issue tracking system that provides effective channel of transmitting issues to be solved and improvements to be done by team members, as well as by the customer. Requirements review, code review and version approval processes are keys to satisfy customer expectation.

Introducing of new technologies and developing experience interchange create ideas which are implemented to provide our clients with up-to-date offerings. We believe our competitive position rests on how we develop and use skills of all our people. Knowledge exchange within Malkos is supported by Twiki and daily developing experience interchange meetings.
